This constitutes the contract for the rental property:
Full payment is due, when booking the property. Tax + $50 cleaning fee for rentals over 7 days + Pet deposit (if applicable ) Property damage protection of ($49 non refundable) will be included on the bill in lieu of paying a security deposit for the property or $500 refundable damage/security deposit will be included on the bill. - Payment is accepted through Paypal. Credit cards accepted through Paypal. (Damage/Security deposit refunds, will take place 7 business days after departure)
Check in is at 3pm CST-Check out is at 11am
Cancellation policy: There will be no refunds. However, we can reschedule your booked dates, if the rescheduled dates are available. This is valid for 12 months, from the date of cancellation.
Booking confirmation ( Property address, Traveler information, where to pick up the keys, etc ) will be sent via email a week prior to travelers reserved check in dates.
