Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A flat rate price for electricity is included in the price up to $60.00 per week. If there is additional consumption it will be charged afterwords at $0.14/KWH and deducted from security deposit. BBQ cleaning if not done properly is $25.00 deducted from deposit. Both pool heating in winter and AC in summer are also included.
11% Florida-tax is added to rental. Fee for final clean is $150.00.
The rental price is for up to 8 Persons.
Included in the rental is local home management, lawn keeper, pool service, HD DVR TV, Cable, Internet (bring your own computer) and National telephone calls. The house has plenty of space with a good size pool and beautiful canal views. Boat rental is available from Cape Coral Marina, boat can be delivered to our dock - Cancellation policy: The renter may cancel the rental contract at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing or by email. The following deadlines and costs apply to cancellations by the renter:
Cancellations with 60 or more days notice prior to arrival date: 20% of rental amount is forfeited.
If the property cannot be rented to another party for the same time period, cancellations with less than 60 days and more than 30 days notice prior to arrival date: 50% of rental amount is forfeited.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival date: 100% of rental amount is forfeited
However in such cases, if the property can be rented to another party for the same time period only 20% of rental amount is forfeited plus an administration fee of $100.
