- The main bedroom is soundproof and has an independent ventilation system. A custom built Murphy bed hides a queen size mattress that is natural latex for the most restorative sleep. Left side is soft, right side is firm. The small bedroom, is also constructed for sound isolation with separate ventilation and air conditioning and without an exterior window. The main loft has a Murphy bed with a queen size bed and two more single beds. In total there are real beds for 8 people, and an additional two can utilize the couch, which converts to a comfortable queen size bed.
