Sea Ranch House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $600.00 per night
- Rate per night is $600.00 US Dollars. A minimum of two nights stay.
Security deposit fees are $600.00 for two guests and an additional $100.00 per person for additional guests. Our residence accommodates no more than eight (8) people.
When emailing your reservation inquiry please state the names and ages of all people in your party.
Minimum stay is two nights.
The following holidays are under special booking with a minimum stay of seven (7) nights:
New Year's, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.
Above fee excludes processing fee, sales tax, and post- departure housekeeping fees.
Check-in 4:00 PM
Check-out 11:00 AM
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice;
All fees paid by check.
