- MAIN HOUSE: Minimum $10,000 for up to 5 nights, $1,500 per each additional night - MAXIMUM 8 PEOPLE - 1 boat slip included (with no lift) that can accomodate vessels up to 50 feet. Also includes daily housekeeping.

PLEASE NOTE:
-A separate guest house that sleeps up to 4 can be added to the rental ($2,500 for up to 5 nights and $400 for each additional night)
-There is some construction on both sides of the property
-Contracts for more than 3 months out are subject to cancelation in the event the house is sold
-We are providing the house and 1 boat slip (without a lift, for boats up to 50 feet) with daily housekeeping
-Golf carts can be rented from various parties on the island
-Other services such as chef, boat rental etc. are also available on the island
-A security deposit of $2,500 will be required and we will do a rental agreement
