Aquiraz House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Reservation:
For any lease, an amount equal to 50% of the package must be paid at time of booking.
Cleaning Fee:
We charge a flat rate of $ 50.00 for cleaning to be paid directly to the home, leaving them to maintain full house cleaning (internal and external areas) after the departure of the tenant.
Energy, Water and Sewer:
For rentals over 2 nights will be charged an additional fee of £ 8.00 per day for the purpose of funding the spending power, water and sewage. - Security deposit:
For purposes of insurance against damage to property, is charged a deposit equal to $ 300.00 which is promptly returned to the tenant upon termination of the tenancy, after inspection of the home. If the damage has caused a cost of less than $ 300.00, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the amount to be returned, leaving the landlord arbitrarily set this value as long as it does not exceed the normal market value.
