Jay Peak Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Security Deposit $500
Rates are for rental of both halves of the lock-out. The condo can also be rented as a 2BR/2BA unit. Please contact the owner for the details. The 2 BR unit sleeps 5. It has a kitchen, dining area, master bedroom with a king bed, and private bath. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a pullout trundle. There is a sleep sofa in the living room.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with 50% of complete booking required 30 days prior to arrival. The balance will be due 2 weeks prior to arrival. No refunds will be given after the 2 week prior due date.
A security deposit of $500 is required 2 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit will be mailed back to the renter upon inspection of the unit. - Stays between 16-Feb and 23-Feb also require rental of the full unit - i.e. 4BR/4BA
