This is a super comfortable studio, inexpensive, perfect for one or two people.

The living area has a nice, highback loveseat.

There are lights and nightstands on each side of the bed. Closet to the left.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking appliances and utensils, ready to go!

Lots of counter space, a gas range and convection microwave.

Our apartment notebook with lots of neighborhood information including Menu's.

A shelf full of DVDs at your disposal. (It's in the hall, available to all.)

The stairs to the third floor. Unfortunately we don't have an elevator.

Our back deck has a barbecue and picnic table.

This is Johnny, our manager. He lives in the building in apartment #200.

Directly across the street is a large grocery store and a UPS shipping facility.

This is St. John's in 1937.

Even Seattle gets snow, but it's very rare!
