- - Cleaning Fee of $90 and 12% Taxes are included for stays 1 week or longer.
- Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Late check outs will be available if the house is free that day. Must be confirmed by owner
- 20% Deposit required to reserve, non -refundable if booking is cancelled.
- Balance due 8 weeks before your stay.
- Peak times include Spring Break, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Year holiday. These are a little extra!!
- All major Credit Cards accepted via PayPal.
- Regal Palms also charges an additional resort-fee of $11.95 a day at check-in, for entrance to the gated area, and the use of the Club House, Water Park, and all the resort facilities. This resort fee is a daily Townhouse fee and is NOT a fee charged per person. - The rental does not include daily cleaning service. This is available and can be requested from the management company but you will be charged by it for this extra cost.
