- Deposit of 25 percent of the rental fee is due upon executed rental agreement. Final payment is due upon arrival unless other arrangements are made and included in the rental agreement. Cancellations are accepted 30 days before rental for full refund of deposit. A refund of 50 percent of deposit will be granted for cancellations between 14 and 29 days. No refunds of deposit will be given within the last 13 days before rental. Long term rentals have different deposit requirements.
Rental insurance fee of 69 dollars is required upfront to hold the reservation and is refundable only per the Home Away offered insurance policy company agreement. Tenants are responsible for all damages negligently inflicted and are expected to use reasonable care while on premises. Any damage should be reported to owner immediately.
