Accommodation Terms & Conditions
50% deposit required on booking, fully refundable less $200 admin fee up to 28 days prior to confirmed arrival. Cancellation - if caused by the client within 28 days of arrival, money paid is non refundable, unless the property is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being relet, then a $200 cancellation fee will apply.
Booking can be deferred without penalty if notified within 14 days of confirmed arrival.
Visa, Money Order, cheque & cash accepted. (Cheques accepted for deposit only if received within 14 days of stay.)
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation
