Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rental is from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise specified.
3 night minimum applies from January 4 - May 25 and September 14 - December 28 Rates Vary

30% Due Upon Reservation and Balance due 30 Day Prior to Arrival
$400 Security Deposit and 10.5% Tax.

We do not rent to High School or College Students. NO EXCEPTIONS!

$40 per vehicle registration fee for use of the parking garage applies Memorial day weekend to September 30 only.
