- We only rent on a weekly, Saturday-Saturday basis. We do not rent partial weeks. Monthly rentals can be arranged from October - March.
We personally own this home but do use a local property management company to handle reservations and take care of our guests during their stay. They will collect a reservation fee and applicable taxes.
Departure cleaning, free WIFI and free local/long distance calling included in all rates. Linens are not included but can be rented locally.

- One master bedroom is located on main level of home but has its own private bath. Remaining 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The upper master bedroom has a private bath while the other two bedrooms share a bath. We also provide a Queen-sized Aerobed in lieu of a sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have new mattresses and bed coverings, ceiling fans and flat screen cable TV. Linens (sheets & towels) are Not included in rent but can be rented locally or you can of course bring your own.
