- 1. The rates correspond to 2-4 people for each floor as a seperate apartment. For more persons and availability, please contact us.
2. TRANSFER - We will meet you at the port of Skopelos and take you to the house. The house is just 5 minutes away from the sea front by car.
3. BOOKING - You may send us your deposit (30% of total invoice) with bank transfer. Balance of invoice is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking less than 4 weeks prior to holiday, full payment is required.
4. CLEANING - The house is cleaned twice a week; brooms and cleaning materials are available for everyday use, if required. Bathroom towels and linen are provided and changed twice a week (no beach towels). The client should leave the accommodation in good order and undertakes to inform us of any damage or loss during occupancy and to pay for such damage or loss.
5. We are willing to arrange a car rental for you.
