Cayuga Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250. for a 2 night weekend off season,Sept-May
$750. Memorial Day Weekend-Cornell Graduation (3 nights)
$500. for a 2 night weekend Sept & October
$1200/ week off season
$1500/week June, July, August through Labor Day weekend.
During June, July and August I rent from Sunday to Sunday. You must pay for a full week. A 50% deposit is required in advance. Deposit will not be returned in case of cancellation unless the premises can be re-rented for that time. Full payment in cash or cashier's check is required upon arrival. The deposit will be held until premises are vacated and will be returned if no damage is assessed.
Renter must sign a lease at time of reservation and deposit. - A crib can be provided for an extra $25.
Maid service is not provided. An end of visit cleaning service may be arranged for an extra $150. This must be requested in advance. The quarters must be left as clean as when you arrived.
Weekly renters must provide their own linens and towels, or these can
be provided at an extra fee of $25/person with a minimum of $75.00.
