The Monroe County Board of Commissioners has voted to disallow short-term rentals in most residential neighborhoods. This means we are no longer allowed to rent these homes on a weekly basis and can only rent for periods of 28 days or more to no more than one party.

Peak Season: Runs from December through March 31st and July & August for Lobster Season.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation inside 60 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full payment. Cancellation outside of 60 days is subject to 25% forfeiture. If owner or agents are able to rebook the premises, tenant will receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Please notify us as soon as possible of cancellation and a WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATI - Check In Time is 4:00 pm
