- RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
Use homeaway.com website and provide: Name, Email, Arrival & Departure Date, #Adults, #Children, #Pets (2 max) and any other message to owner. Owner responds within 3-12 hrs with a quote and alternate home info if this one is not available. Advise via email after quote review and we will send you required Rental Agreement.
RENTAL POLICY:
1. Rates based on payment in U. S. Dollars by Check. We accept MasterCard or Visa. A 3.5% Fee for Credit Cards will apply.
2. Utilities: $150 per month credit towards Electric, Cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet Service, Water, Gardener, Washer and Dryer. Owner pays all HOA fees.
3. To all rental rates ADD: 10% Tax (under 30 days) plus $130 Cleaning Fee plus $500 Deposit for 1 to 14 nights, $800 Deposit for over 15-27 nights, $1000 Deposit for 28 nights and up.
4. Air Conditioning Surcharge May 15 to September 30: $20 per night. - 5. Phone: Tenant to provide their own cell phone.
6. Holidays/Special Events not shown above: Add $100.00 per night for two (2) nights before, night of and night after each Holiday/Special event.
7. Pet Policy: Up to two small pets under 25 lbs. with pricing per rental agreement.
8. Full Payment required if booked within 45 days of arrival. 40% of Total if booked 45 days to 6 months before arrival. 30% of Total for bookings greater than 6 months before arrival.
9. Reservations less than 15 days before arrival require immediate payment by Visa or MasterCard with processing fees per Note 1.
10. Rental Agreement must be completed, signed and returned along with a copy of your Driver’s License or Passport to confirm identity and booking.
