The Booking Fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.
In the unfortunate event that you are unable to stay at our home, the Deposit/Booking Fee will be refunded at the following rate:
60-90 days before arriving at the home: only the Reservation Deposit is forfeited
30 - 60 days before arrival: loss of deposit and 50% of booking fee
less than 30 days: loss of deposit and 100% of booking fee
A written notice of cancellation is needed in the form of a letter or email.
Your $250 Reservation Deposit is held as a Damage Deposit.
After your vacation is finished, the Property Manager is going to perform an inspection of the vacation home. The Damage Deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days upon receiving a satisfactory report from the Property Mangement.
