Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Normal Nightly Rate is $175 (3 nights minimum)
Holidays’ $200-225 (3 nights minimum) If your requested dates have a holiday or ends with a holiday please ask for nightly rate. Thanks

Cleaning Fee-$125 (Required every 15 nights for long stays or per stay if less than 15 days)
Security Damage Insurance $70
Pool/Spa heating fees:
Pre-heat for pool-$75 (Must be turned on 24 hours prior to arrival)
Daily Pool/Spa heating-$50 per day
Spa only-$25 per day
Entrance at 3:00 PM or after & Departure 10:00 AM or before
Payment in full is required at time of booking if occupancy date is 60 days or less.
Advanced booking accepted longer than 60 days prior to occupancy with $100 down and balance paid in Full 60 days prior to occupancy.
