Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Security Deposit:
  A security deposit must be paid by wire transfer at least two weeks prior to arrival. This will be returned to you within two weeks after your departure from the property minus any extra charges (i.e. telephone, fax, and transportation costs) or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 1200 EUR.
• Additional Expenses:
  Electricity (above 100 kw per week): According to consumption . If the property is not left clean at the time of departure, the property manager may withhold a minimum of 100 euros from the security deposit to cover the cost of the final cleaning. Mid-stay cleanng (including changing of linens and towels) is available on request for the weekly fee of: 150 EUR. • Other Notes:
  Arrivals after 5 pm are only accepted with prior arrangement and are subject to a late arrival fee. Arrivals after 9 pm are not accepted. Departure Time: 10:00 am. UPON ARRIVAL, RENTERS MUST PROVIDE A PHOTOCOPY OF EACH TRAVELER’S PASSPORT AND SIGN A FORM FOR THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES. Tourist Tax (Payable upon Arrival): 1-5 Euros per person per day.
