RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
An advance deposit of $500.00 for weekly and $500.00 for monthly rentals and signed rental agreement is required before reservations can be confirmed. Telephone/e-mail reservations will be honored for 10 days. If deposit and signed rental agreement are not received within the 10 day period, the unit will be returned to available status until deposit is received or until unit is rented to other interested parties. Written confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of deposit and signed agreement.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $500.00 will be required in addition to the rental fees. Damage deposit will be refunded within 15 days of departure (minus damage and missing item charges--if applicable) - OCCUPANTS
No more than six people may stay in this two bedroom unit.
Condominium rules prohibit renters to have any pets of any kind.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME:
Check in is after 4:00 PM on arrival,
Check out is before 10:00 AM on departure.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
NO REFUNDS 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
