Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit, which will be authorized on a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). The security deposit will be refunded approximately one week after your departure from the property minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. Final Cleaning Charge (Minimum): 90 EUR. When there is a telephone in the apartment, incoming and local calls (no cell phone numbers) are included in the price. A Global Telefonica card can be purchased for other calls (long distance, international, cell phone numbers). Arrival Fee (after 9:00 pm) Payable upon Arrival: 30 EUR.

Departure Time: 11:00 am. UPON ARRIVAL, RENTERS MUST PROVIDE A PHOTOCOPY OF EACH TRAVELER’S PASSPORT AND SIGN A FORM FOR THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES. Tourist Tax (Payable upon Arrival): 1-5 Euros per person per day.
