Payment - a 25% deposit upon booking, non refundable within 28 days of arrival, and the balance due 14 days prior to arrival. VAT tax and Hotel Turnover Tax will be in addition to the daily rate.
Security deposit - a US$ 500 deposit is payable before checkin.
Cancellation - if cancellation is within 28 days of the beginning of the rental period, the entire rental amount will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs more than 28 days from the beginning of the rental period, the Lessor will forfeit 50% of the rental amount paid. - Fishing charters available.
Fishing Package 1
USD150/day -Unlimited use of rubber duck and 2 trolling and 2 popping rods + lures (fuel costs paid by user). Usage not permitted past the lighthouse, but this leaves an enormous area to be fished, and some of our best catches have been made within 15 minutes of our house. Also included with this package is all snorkeling and water sports within the lighthouse area.
Fishing Package 2
USD800/day -Unlimited use of rubber duck and Black Watch and guides, plus 4 trolling and4 popping rods + lures (all fuel and guide expenses included). Usage not permitted past Namena, but you will not need to venture any further!. Also included with this package is all snorkeling and water sports (rubber duck only) within the lighthouse area, as well as Sunset Cruises and trips to the beautiful private island at Sail Rock (fuel included, but a guest levy of FJD 10 per person must be paid to the local villagers).
