Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

To secure dates deposit must be received as follows:
Single month rental = One month + $700 security
Multiple month rental = Highest month rate + $2,000 security
Cancellation policy:
Sometimes things come up. Our cancellation policy is as fair as we can make it. The following fees will apply if cancellation is required. we will make every effort to rent the condo for the dates reserved, and if possible, then a prorated fee would apply. If re-rented all/or part the deposit will be refunded, less a $300 administration fee.
Over 90 days notice = 25% highest month rate
60-89 days notice = 50% highest mo. rate
30-60 days notice = 75% highest mo. rate
Less than 30 days = 100% highest mo. rate
