Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Minimum stay 9 nights. The rates include maid service (cleaning once a week/ change of towels and linens every three days) and taxes.

We need the 30% of the total cost of the accommodation as a reservation deposit and the balance (70%) should be paid 3 weeks before your arrival.
A damage deposit of 300 Euro must also be paid with your balance payment. Prior to your departure and after a check that no damages have taken place, the damage deposit will be returned to you in full.
In case of cancellation 8 weeks (or earlier) before your arrival we will send you back the 30% that you have deposited to us as a reservation deposit. If you cancel your booking after 8 weeks till the last 3 weeks of your arrival date we will keep the 30% reservation deposit. When you deposit the balance (70%) and cancel the booking or non show after this, we keep all the amount and return to you the damage deposit.
