Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• On premises and at very reasonable rates:
  June 1--Sept 30-------------79/night
  May and Oct------------------89/night
  Nov.1---April 30--------------99/night
  ( Excluding Christmas and Easter ) 125.00/night
• Maid service is provided for arrival and departures only.
  Personal laundry service available at renters expense.
  A $100 upfront refundable deposit required.
  Renters will be held financially responsible for any property damages due to their negligence.
  
  A deposit for one-half (1/2) of the rental amount is due within (7) days after making the reservation. The
  balance payment is due thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. For reservations made for an arrival date less than
  thirty days, the total amount is then due and must be received within seven days (7) in order to hold the reservation.
  * Deposits and balance payments are final and will not be refunded unless there is a catastrophic situation and owner agrees. There will not be a full refund unless a substitute renter can be obtained for the dates reserved.
  Under certain, uncontrolled circumstances, such as a death in the family, hospitalization, etc a compromise,
  may be worked out with owner's discretion.
