Shorter last-minute stays of 3 or 4 nights may be considered 10 days before your desired arrival date at a minimum nightly rate of €175. We do not accept stays of less than 3 nights.
€300 Security deposit refundable after your departure and after inventory and assessment of the apartment.

After hours check-in/check-out fees:
- normal check-in between 14:00 and 20:00: no charge
- check-in between 20:00 and 22:00: €20
- check-in between 22:00 and 00:00: €30
- check-in after 00:00: €50
- normal check-out between 08:00 and 11:00: no charge
- check-out before 08:00: €50
Check-in time is after 14:00 and check-out is before 11:00. Earlier check-in or late check-out may be possible if it doesn’t interfere with the arrival/departure of previous/next guests, but must be arranged prior to your arrival and may incur an additional fee. - Cancellation policy:
Cancellations that are made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur an administrative fee of 10% of the total rental payment. The balance of the advanced payment will be returned. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive no refund.
