- CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation penalty applies to all reservations cancelled by supplier or client before arrival.
PENALTY
46 days or more - 25% of rental
45 days or less - 100% of rental
(refunds are made less any foreign exchange loss and finance charges). Travel insurance should be purchased to cover the cost of any unforeseen circumstances to your holiday, and this is highly recommended by us.
In the event that circumstances dictate that we are unable to provide the specific accommodation that has been confirmed, we will offer you alternative accommodation. In the event that such alternative accommodation is not acceptable, then by us making a full refund of all monies paid to us on account of the booking we shall be deemed free of all obligations.
