* No bikes are allowed inside the villa; please use the provided bike racks. - Reservation Deposit/Terms: $200 Security Deposit is required within ten days of making reservation. Reservation is not complete until deposit is received. Deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure date minus any expenses incurred, if any.
One half of rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
When this agreement has been canceled more than 60 days prior to date of arrival, a refund of deposits paid (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be made. Cancellation between 60days and 30 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of your 50% deposit unless property can be re-rented at full rate. Cancellation less than 30 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full amount of your rental unless property can be re-rented at full rate.
