- There are 2 Queen beds, 2 Twins in the lower bedroom and 2 Full size Futons which offer plenty of sleeping options for guests. There is also a Day Bed with a pullout trundle that can be converted to a Queen bed. Please note that the Sun Room with the trundle bed, is unheated. So we have put a space heater in the room. After about 30 minutes the room is toasty warm.
