Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Cancellations
A 21 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date will occur no penalty. Cancellations & changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 21 days of the arrival date forfeit half of the full payment of rent .
NOVEMBER , DECEMBER 2012 & MAY,JUNE 2013 will be monthly rental only.
