East Naples House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Golf membership is transferable to renters who stay in Naples Heritage for a minimum of 1 month. Naples Heritage CC has a $250 tranfer fee which also provides Club dining privileges, we ask that guests who transfer membership share in the congressional minimum with at least $125 in meals / month at the clubhouse. Greens fees are not included. Preference is given to seasonal renters over monthly contracts. Rental agreements are not final until signed agreement and deposit have been received. We ask that you call if you are serious about renting so we can get to know you and answer all of your questions. Thanks, Jane
Please note , due to escalating fuel and utility costs, we are now asking visitors who wish to heat the pool and spa for a $50/ week utility fee. if you do not wish to heat the pool at the house, the pool and tub at the club house is heated and always available. In addition , the cleaning fee for families or more than 4 adults is $250. - Tenant understands that this lease may only be cancelled in writing (90) ninty days or more prior to date of occupancy when and if a replacement tenant is secured on the same terms and for the same rate. Tenant also understands that if the lease is cancelled within that time frame, Tenant shall only be entitled to a refund of 50% of the rental fee. Tenant also understands that it may not cancel this agreement for any reason within (90) days of the occupancy date.
