The Hamlet at West Haven Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $159/nt/$1040/wk
- Rates are from $1040 various on low, medium or high seasons
* A 13% tourist tax needs to be applied.
* $300 (or higher for longer than a week) security deposit is required at the time of booking.
* Optional pool heat is $165/week or $30/day (has to be ordered when booking).
* Stays of 7 days or less incur $110 cleaning fee.
* Rates for Holidays are various depending on demand.

From$1040/wk; - 1. $ 300 deposit is required to make reservation.
2. Check in/Check out: Check-in no sooner than 4pm and check-out no later than 11 am.
3. All holiday bookings must be a minimum of 7 days. No pets, no smoking. Renter must be 21 years of age or older. The balance of the booking cost is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date. If booking within six weeks of arrival, full payment is needed to be paid after reservation confirmation with rental agreement.
4. Deposit will be held against loss, property damage or costs incurred, will be refunded approximately one or two weeks after your departure following a satisfactory report from the property managers.
