Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 1500 - 2500 dollars a week
- 2500 us dollars a week for peak season & Holidays May 15 - September 30.
2000 us dollars a week for October 1 - February 28.
1500 us dollars a week for March 1 - May 14.
Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years will be peak weeks at 2500 us dollars a week.
Only full weeks will be available.

Deposit 1000.00 deposit due at booking plus 100 percent due prior to arrival.
