- Rates until Dec 15th:
2 night min. over weekends and Holidays $695 per night (additional nights $395)
Rates after Dec 15th:
2 night min. $989 per night (additional nights $500).
Holiday Rates (12/23 thur 12/30/12: 3 night min. $1269 per night (additional nights $500).
New Years Rate: 3 night min. $1469 per night(additional nights $500).
Accept All Credit Cards(including reward cards) with a convenience fee of 6%.
Plus 9% occupancy tax.
$150 cleaning fee.
Security Deposit $1000.
$ 295 - $ 1,469 / night.
$ 2,500 - $ 5,000 / week.
$ 7,000 - $ 15,000 / month. - Reserved Dates are a first paid , first system. Payment in full( not including Security Deposit) received and cleared by bank will get their choice of dates. Keys will not be released until security deposit is cleared.
