- Rates are based on a 5 night stay. 2,3 & 4 night stays may be accepted at a fixed price as per individual quotation.
Please note that prices quoted are for 8 people. Additional guests may be charged at $30 per person per night.
Standard exit clean and linen hire $380 - all linen provided except beach towels and portocot linen which can be supplied on request.
Booking fee $33
A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required for all bookings. This is returned to you on completion of a check of the property after your departure.

As all Elite Holiday Homes are situated in quiet residential suburbs, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area 'quiet time' From 10pm to 8 am
