- Rates are based on a 5 night stay. 2,3 & 4 night stays may be accepted at a fixed price as per individual quotation.
Please note that prices quoted are for 8 people. Additional guests may be charged at $30 per person per night.
Standard exit clean and linen hire $380 - all linen provided except beach towels and portocot linen which can be supplied on request.
Booking fee $33
A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required for all bookings. This is returned to you on completion of a check of the property after your departure.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, we have a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. As all Elite Holiday Homes are situated in quiet residential suburbs, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area 'quiet time' From 10pm to 8 am

The cinema complete with cable TV is great for inside entertainment while outside you can fish off the pontoon and the kids can play on the sandy beach, in the cubby or enjoy the pool. The home is fully air-conditioned and has a sound system. The property also features FREE INTERNET.
