4 Week Nights @ 175/night = 700 + 125 cleaning + 74 tax = 899
Full Week (6N/7D) @ 200/night = 1200 + 125 cleaning + 119 tax = 1444
Holiday Pricing: We are doing flat rate 3 night pricing for Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor day, and New Years @ $1325 including tax, cleaning, and linens for the 3 nights for up to 8 guests. Add additional nights for only $109 all included, or bring it to a full 6 night/7 day week for only $325 more all included for a total of $1650.
A $300 security deposit is required to hold the dates, the remainder due 2 weeks prior to your stay. All our payments are processed via HomeAway's secure online system.
