Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $180-$450/ night
- PEAK WINTER HOLIDAYS between $450 a night, prefer week minimum. (December/January Holidays and Sundance)
Winter Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Presidents Week, Spring Break weeks-prefer 1 week min, between $279 -$375 a night.
OTHER WINTER/SKI SEASON days between $225 - $295 a night, 3 night minimum. Plus Cleaning fees.
OFF SEASON RATES (MAY, JUNE, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER) from $180 a night, 3 night minimum. Plus cleaning fees.
SUMMER SEASON (JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER) from $225 a night, 3 night minimum. Plus cleaning fees.
