- Downstairs: Each bedroom has a brand new KING double pillow mattresses (Oct 2012) and comes fully put together with beds made and and extra linens should you need them. One of the bedrooms has a fold down couch as well as the bed, so you can sleep 1 or two more. Upstairs (optional): Bedroom 4 sleeps up to two on a king bed. larger dresser and closet space available. Direct restroom access. Bedroom 5 has two twins, direct bathroom access, and plenty of closet space (w/built in dresser shelves).
