For outside, it has 5 Stand-Up Paddle boards (SUPs), 5 sit on top kayaks and, 1 - 17 foot long aluminum canoe, a beach, a mooring bouy, a fishing pier, a very large front yard to land a helicopter or play a game of football or ultimate Frisbee. Inside you'll find a Stern Rollercoaster pinball game, a Super Chexx bubble hockey, a Tornado Fooz table, air hockey and a dart board, and several large flat screen TVs with cable.
