Sugarloaf Key Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Taxes included in base rate.
- $2800 - 3800 per week. (Quoted in US Dollars)
Peak Season (November 20 - September 15): $3250 plus Florida state, local business and tourism tax and cleaning services for 2 guests. Add $100 per guest extra.
Low season (September 15 - November 20): $2800 plus Florida state, local business and tourism tax and cleaning services for 2 guests. Add $75 per guest extra.
Lobster season: $3500 plus Florida state, local business and tourism tax and cleaning services for 2 guests. Add $100 per guest extra.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Cancellations made within 30 days of the reservation are non-refundable and for peak seasons cancellations made within 60 days of the reservation are non-refundable.
