- Occupancy over 10 people will be charged $15 per day, per person.
- 50% of rental amount is due within seven (7) days of the date you made your reservation, or the reservation will be cancelled. Only cashiers check or money order is accepted. No personal checks. The second half of the rental amount is due 14 days prior to check in. A $500 security/damage deposit is due at check in. The deposit will be CASH ONLY.
Check in between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Check out is on or before 10:00 a.m. Late check outs will be charged a full days rate.
If cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, a full refund less a $200 processing/cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your arrival, any refund is forfeited.
