• Along with the signed lease, the Owner must receive a 50% deposit and the security deposit.
• The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
• We accept certified bank checks, echecks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept SHORT-TERM leases during the Hamptons 'season' - Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please contact owner for season rates.
• Cleaning is an additional $120 per rental no matter the length of the rental. A min. of 24 hours are required
between rentals to clean the house and set it up for the new occupants.
• Pets must be identified at time of inquiry and may be permitted at the discretion of the Owner. - • Holiday weeks (Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.) are priced at the $2,400.00/week.
