- Casa Sur is no ordinary vacation rental. When renting Casa Sur you'll have the entire resort facilities all to yourself. The entire estate is private for the exclusive use of you and your family. Casa Sur comes fully staffed.
Our staff is not from Puerto Rico. It is composed by 6 professionally trained hospitality experts. Most of the staff was trained in Canada and some in Miami, Florida. The staff does not work by the hour. They'll be available 24 hours a day as they'll be constantly rotating shifts. The renter will never be left without service and we take request at any time of day or night. We'll include:

1 Masseuse (Spa Services) Available at any time of the day and you can have as many spa treatments as you like at no extra cost - Flight in from Miami Florida
3 Stewardess
1 Chef - Flight in form Miami, Florida - When renting Casa Sur, the renter will be required to make a deposit in advance, separate to the rental fee. This deposit is called the 'advance provisioning allowance' or APA. The APA amount is used to cover expenses incurred during the course of the rental such as fresh flowers, food, beverages.The Staff Leader is responsible for accounting for all APA expenses during the rental, and the breakdown will be presented to you in a clear manner at the end of your stay. If the costs incurred during the course of the stay are less than the APA deposit, then the difference will be refunded. If the costs incurred during the course of the rental exceed the APA deposit then this difference will be payable by the Renter at the end of the stay. The cost of the villa pre stocking will be credited towards to final bill and deducted from the APA account. Once the limit in the APA account approaches, we'll make sure to notify the renter.
