Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$400 per weekday night, 3 night minimum
$650 per weekend night, 3 night minimum

2013 Major Event rate: $2000 per night, 4 night minimum

ACL Fest: October 4-6 and October 11 - 13
Austin Film Festival: October 24 - 31
F1: November 15-17 (subject to change) - $125 cleaning fee. Occupancy tax rate Is 15%. No tax on 30+ nights stay.
50% of stay required upon booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
$500 Security deposit required. Refunded after home inspection.
Some pets accepted with small fee, inquire w/owner.
Payments accepted via Paypal, Reservation Manager on HomeAway, certified check or wire transfer.
Cancellation Policy
For Regular dates: Cancellations allowed up to 30 days prior to arrival with 100% refund.
For Major Event dates: Cancellations require 60 days notice prior notice for 100% refund.
