Pets are not allowed.
Credit card information will be held in case of damages to the condominium.
Cleaning fees are included with a one week (7 nights) stay, otherwise an $80 cleaning fee is charged.
We Will Not Rent To Vacationing Students Or Singles Under 25 Years Of Age Unless Accompanied By An Adult Guardian Or Parent.
A $200.00 USC deposit is required at time of booking. If deposit is not received within seven days of booking, the week is reopened and must be reconfirmed. Balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival date.

Refund of $200.00 USC deposit is granted prior to 30 days of arrival. - When reservations are made for seven or more nights, we discount our nightly rates and even pay the cleanings fees!!
