Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Payment terms: 50% due on confirmation of booking. Final balance due 2 weeks prior to start of booking.
A fully refundable security deposit equal to 50% of a week’s rental amount is also required, as well as a final cleaning fee of 75 euros.
Payment is by wire transfer or paypal.
Rate includes fees, linens, utilities, wifi.
Linen change 1 x week.
Either myself, if I am in the country, or my property manager will be at the house to greet you on arrival, conduct the check in procedure and sign the contract and any other details that need taking care of.
I will also say goodbye on your departure day and conduct a walk through to ensure all is at it should be so I can return the security deposit back to you.
I am available by email and phone to help out with any information or you may require during your stay.
