There is no cleaning fee so it is expected the property is left as clean as it is found. All trash must be taken by renter to Clayton and you must bring your own drinking water. The location is only accessible by boat so you must own or rent a boat big enough to take the periodic rough seas of the St. Lawrence. Boats can be rented at Clayton Marina.
