On arrival clients will be required to pay the remaining 60% balance along with a Security Deposit of US$600 (cash ONLY)
The Security Deposit will be first used to pay any applicable Electrical Consumption Charges, an exit cleaning fee of US$100 and Damage Charges, if any. Any remaining portion of the Security Deposit will be refunded in cash.
